The product description was correct, but I tried to see how it works, and I was a bit dissapointed at the first use. The holes are not drilled perfectly as the mecanism is not perfect itself. You need to take proper measurements before drilling. You need to ensure you lock the hole locator with something (you might want to buy something for that as well). It maybe works better with a poweful drilling machine, and not an automatic screwdriver.
